How is the design process?

Once we have receive your logo request, we will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with timeline details. We will also ask for your confirmation to start with the logo design task.

When confirmed, we will forward the task to our Creative Director and our designers, who will produce a draft or concept of the logo. Once that is done, we will send the logo concepts for you to review. You can choose any from the 3 concepts.

Our inspiration process requires a lot of researching, conceptualizing, brainstorming and visualizing the lit light bulb above our heads to come up with the perfect logo.

The design process usually will take 3 to 4 days. We don't accept projects that are urgent because we need the time to design the best logos possible.

The concepts are good, but still not there yet. What options do I have?

We will revise the concept you like until you are fully satisfied. Then we will send you the logo in vector format, as well as any other file types that you prefer.

What if I don't like any of the concepts?

Usually we will persuade you to take one of the concepts. We will give you all the reasons we believe your best choice is found in our concepts. If you are still unhappy about it, we will create 5 new concepts for the task until you finally get the one you like.

The logo looks like a fraud

In our process of research and brainstorming, we seek many ways to define and symbolize your logo preferences to something that is creatively elegant and relevant.

Sometimes our work may result in the logo looking similar to other existing logos. Of course, we can make adjustments, but if you still find our concepts to look unoriginal, and if you are thinking about taking the logo project to someone else, we will return your money if you have already made payment.
